Where are you located? We are located at 150 Mountain Avenue in Hackettstown (see directions for further assistance). How do I make an appointment?Call us at (908)-813-8877 to make an appointment. Are you board certified?Lisa Uzbay is board certified by the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology. What can I expect at my first visit? On your first visit, you will be expected to fill out your personal information papers. (These can be downloaded now). After your registration is complete, you will be taken by our nurse to be weighed, have your blood pressure taken, and your urine checked. The practitioner you are seeing will then meet you in a private exam room to review your medical history and any current problems you may have. We encourage you to write down all questions that you have prior to the visit as well as any medications you may be on. Records from previous Doctors may be helpful, but are not necessary. After the exam takes place and you are comfortably dressed, there will be time to review any further questions or concerns that you may have as well as any new treatments that may be initiated.
